Shipping policy

Delivery Area

We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States, excluding Washington, D.C.

We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, international destinations, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders, with no minimum purchase.

We do not offer paid expedited shipping.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

The order cutoff is 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday.

Orders received before the cutoff enter processing that business day. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays enter processing the next business day.

Processing takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard transit takes 3–5 business days. The estimated total is 4–7 business days from the start of processing.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Address Changes and Delivery Problems

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. To request a correction before dispatch, contact us with your order number and the correct address.

If tracking shows a delay, a delivery exception, or a delivery you have not received, contact us so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner and carrier. We will arrange a replacement or refund if the order is confirmed lost.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with the revised timing and the option to cancel for a refund.
